It doesn't seem to be worthy of being called a 4-star hotel. Because the comfort and food are not really for a 4-star hotel.

The atmosphere in the room was creepy, at night there was a ghost and we were disturbed while sleeping.

1. Many of the walls and ceiling are cracked and in need of renovation. 2. The living room table is very fragile. 3. In the bathroom, the bathtub curtain is moldy and black, with brown spots everywhere. 4. The master bedroom AC doesn't cool even when set to the lowest temperature. 5. The spring mattress makes a noise when you sleep on it. Hopefully, this can be fixed. Thank you.

For a pretty good location in Dago Pakar, I was surprised. When I first arrived, the building looked like an apartment. I was confused, is it a 4-star hotel?

Affordable, perfect for bringing kids for a swim. Rooms have bathtubs. Overall, it's the best, and I'd love to come back.

The pool area is poorly maintained, but otherwise it's okay. Breakfast is okay.

The photos in the app are very different from the actual rooms. The cleanliness of the rooms is actually very poor. When trying to book a room from the room, they instead suggest ordering through GoFood.

The room needed some renovation, especially the walls and all the furniture. The mattress and headboard also needed replacing.

Fun holiday with family staying here

Old hotel, AC was not working properly, room was dusty and sheets were not fresh. Management needs to really pay attention or get some kind of investment & partnership or scale down.

I didn't check the reviews before booking, and I regret paying for a 4-star hotel. The service, facilities, and furnishings are not even comparable to the 2-star hotels I've visited. It's terrible. 😪

Damp smell and many things are not working
