It's a great way to take your kids on a staycation, with a variety of activities including a playground and swimming pool. Furthermore, the garden's lush, serene, and royal-like atmosphere instantly relaxes the mind. It's worth noting that some of the room amenities are malfunctioning and could be repaired. Otherwise, the room is very comfortable and spacious.

The overall experience was so great, great ambience, great room, super child friendly. I love the playground, kids swimming pool is separated from adult pool with proper height. There's also a sauna, warm plunge, and cold plunge. Everything was great. If you get your breakfast, don't forget to ask the staff to make you ice beras kencur mix kunyit asem👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and they also gave me a free room upgrade❤️ thanks LOR IN

The room's AC leaked and wasn't cold, the water wasn't hot enough, and the mattress was full of ants. I asked to be moved, but the water wasn't hot enough. I asked again and they didn't give me anything, so I finally asked to be moved to the first room.

Sorry this is the first time I give 1 star. 1. There were dried blood stains on the blanket, it was immediately replaced but the replacement also had stains (well, I was too lazy to wait anymore). 2. The water in the bathroom was black when I first turned on the tap, after a while it got clean but sandy like in the photo. 3. The water was completely turned off in the early morning 😭. I stayed for 2 days for around 2 million, I would have stayed at Santika if I had known this.
