The in-room dining and breakfast were very tasty, with a wide variety of options. We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilton, made even more memorable by the exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive staff and concierge. They were always warm, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside was the bathroom, which did not have a proper lock and only had a blind/cover from the outside. It was a bit difficult to maintain privacy, especially when travelling with kids.

Yes, it's our family's favorite hotel in Bandung. With so many hotels in Bandung, we keep coming back to the Hilton Bandung. The pool is super clean and the service is super duper good ❤️

I stayed for 2 nights. On the first day, I went out from 9 AM to 7 PM. It shocked me when I entered the room and my luggage and bag were gone, even my dirty laundry from the wardrobe. Only my toiletries bag and my facial wash and toothpaste were left in the bathroom. I called the front desk, and they said they would check. They called again and informed me that all my bags were in the concierge. They apologized, saying their concierge staff misheard the room number between 823 and 923. But for me, it's ridiculous that they took all my bags and laundry, leaving only my toiletries behind. I've never experienced this kind of thing in any hotel before. Hopefully, Hilton Bandung can improve their system soon.

Pros: The price is quite cheap for a 5-star hotel, the location is good, the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is varied although not all of it tastes good. Cons: The hotel environment is crowded and a bit shabby. The grooming staff at the restaurant during breakfast are not that perfect, especially in their uniforms, for the waiters some wear Crocs sandals, some wear short boots, some wear flat shoes, even loafers, and not all staff greet guests when passing by. There are some things lacking in hospitality. The rest is okay. Keep up the good work.

Plus Points: - The check-in process was very fast, thanks to Mr. Firman for allowing me early check-in. - The room is spacious; we chose a two-queen room, a great choice if you're staying with children. - The air conditioning is cool, clean, the TV channel selection is quite extensive, the water bottles are refilled fairly quickly, and the amenities are complete: soap, shampoo, and hand sanitizer all smell good. - We chose a bathtub in the bathroom, but unfortunately, there's no shower; there's only a tap, and the water flow is very slow (room 1209). - All the staff are very friendly, from the lobby and front desk to the restaurant staff. Minuses: - There are lots of swimming lessons for children at the pool, making it feel less private, and the pool area isn't very spacious. - There's a lack of a children's playground; it's often dirty and poorly maintained, as it's located outdoors near the pool. - The breakfast menu lacks variety for a 5-star hotel worldwide. - Food and Beverage services are too pricey. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Hilton Bandung, but it's less satisfying if you're traveling with children under 6 years old who need a playground and children's activities during your staycation.
