The hotel was in a good Location with a beautiful view! The staff was so friendly and helped book transportation in and out of the city. They room service/ breakfast delivery was excellent!

A perfect 10. This hotel was just perfect for us. Not only was the view exquisite but the patio balcony was very roomy and the perfect place for the delicious breakfast delivered to our room daily. They had a full bar, beer/wine/sodas for purchase in your room or the common area that also had an incredible view. Every staff member was so courteous and helpful … arranged a taxi for our transport to Ravello, made sure we had all that we needed when the rain kept us in our room one night. The covered balcony made the rainy night cozy. Bedding, towels all in great condition and they had sufficient bed pillows.. 2 per person which I like. Bedding was all so fresh smelling…even bedspread was freshly laundered. Our room and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Don’t listen to Google Maps though! Take the road up to hotel and use the luggage porter service if arriving via ferry. We took the stairs per Google and it was over 500 stairs… 😬 …. With luggage and the heat, it was way too much. The walk to town and back up to the hotel was very manageable for us via the road. If we ever get back to Positano, this hotel would be our choice.

Great location to access restaurants shopping and the beach. Far enough away for it to be quiet . All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The multiple breakfast options were outstanding..We will most definitely stay here again when we return to Positano !

This place is absolutely quintessential Positano hotel. The view is beyond stunning. This is a family owned, which I love, hotel. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Would not hesitate

This hotel is like B&B and truly a hotel. Bathroom showers does not have door and after the shower the entire bathroom gets water all over the place. This is the only hotel I ever stayed does not give tissue paper. The hotel is not at a convenient place from the beach . The real problem we had at the front desk people were not very helpful. It is over priced and I will not stay there again.

View is fabulous and so was the Staff. They took great care of us and made our stay memorable. Definitely recommend this property. 5 Star all the way.

The staff were very helpful with everything - booking transportation to the airport and making suggestions about restaurants. Breakfast served in the room excellent!! Stayed in the lower level apartment very quiet and private had our own patio.

This is a beautiful hotel! The location is wonderful, took us 10 minutes to take the stairs to the beach/town center or the bus picks up right outside, the drivers will tell you where to get off and it’s an affordable option. The rooms are beautiful, we got one with a spa on the patio and couldn’t have enjoyed it more! We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel in Positano. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The views from our rooms were excellent. There was a slight booking error so we had to move rooms mid-trip which was a bit of a hassle but they were helpful in moving our belongings. Be prepared to take the many steps in Positano but they are easily accessible from the hotel.

This hotel is much more than expected! It should be a more starts, is beautiful, clean, the staff very nice and helpful. I recommended it to everyone, we always boocked a 4 or 5 start hotel and this time was one of the best hotel we stayed.

Our room was amazing! We were fortunate that we were offered an upgrade. We had a large balcony with amazing views. They bring your breakfast to your room which is a nice touch. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay here!
