The hotel is nice and the staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately there is little open in the area in May and so everything is a drive away. The wind stopped us enjoying the pool and the possibility of going to the beach. The alternate trip to Almeria was good especially the free tour of the Alcazaba in Almeria.

The Hotel was ok! The location was nothing special, the air conditioning did not work, we requested for help and the staff offered us the amazing option to open de window with a nice construction in front of the Hotel!

Very big hotel. With lots of activities. What’s disappointing is the fees for adding a person to the room. It’s very expensive and if you ask any amenities that are not in the room, there is a charge. Not happy with that.

Great location, hotel staff lovely, food was good.. only 1 negative, our room wasn't very private both sides could see straight into our room if they walked to the end of thier balcony..

Our stay was the third this year at an Ohtels hotel , it was overall a very enjoyable stay, the room was very spacious and the view was 1st class, my only criticism being the pool area not opening until 11am, also the dining room not opening until 8pm, other than that couldn't fault it,

A real holiday destination.

Hotel, perfecto en 2 linea de mar, con instalaciones muy bien, los empleados, todos muy muy bien, total 10/10

En general, todo bien El personal amable. La limpieza en comedor utilizan la bayeta continuamente sin desinfectarla, echando las migas y restos de comida al suelo. Enhorabuena por contratar personas migrantes.

Trinkwasser im Zimmer wäre toll. Es steht nirgends wenn man das Auto in der Anlage parken möchte das es seperat pro Tag 15€ bezahlt werden muss. Neben der Anlage sind aber viele freie Parkplätze.

Tendríamos que repetir punto por punto la reseña que hicimos del viaje de mayo ampliándola a otro

Très grande chambre avec un très grand lit, belle vue. Buffets très variées avec de bons produits. Petits points négatifs le matelas est très dur et le sol est collant.

Me ha encantado el hotel todo muy limpio y la piscina muy bien. El personal muy agradable y las actividades y animación genial. El buffet muy rico

El personal del comedor y spa excelente, no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas para nada

Hôtel familial . Par contre le personnel ne parle pas français et très peu anglais...

Han sido unos días estupendos, el hotel ha estado a la altura de lo que ofrecen, la habitación cómoda, personal muy atento y amable a excepción de la recepción, la cuál en el trato deja mucho que desear, la comida no era demasiado variada pero en general bastante buena, las instalaciones en general bastante bien preparado, es cierto que para los que no nos gusta tomar el sol, la sombra es muy escasa, hay muchas sombrillas, pero no son grandes y apenas dan sombra a 2 hamacas, siendo 4 personas como éramos, por la tarde especialmente, era bastante imposible permanecer tumbados sin morir de calor. Por otro lado, destacar la animación del hotel, el trato impecable, gran valor humano y muy divertidos, destacar sobre todo a Paula, Óscar y África. El personal de barra en la piscina muy detallista, con ganas de agradar. Volveremos.
