A wonderful hotel with very helpful staff - particularly those on reception. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the town centre and the Trulli district. The swimming pools were an added bonus. Good spacious car park was appreciated. It was a great base from which to explore the town after the visitors had left!!!!

Excellent hotel with a large beautiful pool area with very good bar service. Easy walk into centre of Alberobello for the Trulli houses and wide variety of restaurants. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel!

We had an amazing stay! the hotel is perfectly located, 15 minutes walk from the trullis, so enough away to be quiet, yet close enough to town. The pool was fantastic, the room was very comfortable and clean, and the personnel really friendly. All in all, great.

Pleasant looking hotel. I thought it was retro, until hubby pointed out, no it is just old. Pool area looked nice, though I didn't use it. Room spacious but bed hard, toilet seat wonky and air con did not work properly. They did try and rectify this and towards the end of out stay the air con was improved but still not that good. Shower and bath were fine with plenty of hot water. No wifi on our second night, which was very annoying. Breakfast was adequate. It is well situated, quiet but within easy walking distance of the town centre. Parking at the hotel is easy.

I found the staff very unfriendly. The rooms were also extremely spartan and noise could be heard from other rooms and hallways.

The breakfast was average. The hotel is placed next to train lines. The staff’s behavior was mediocre.

Reminded me of a Motel 6. It was more like a funeral parlor than a hotel. It was ok. But nothing to write home about.

Perfect location, but the weather didn't help us a lot. The beautiful swimming pool was really tempting and the food delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel with a large clean pool. Walking distance to Trulli homes. Good basic breakfast. Great helpful staff.

Hotel is nice and staff are friendly, it seems to mainly cater for larger tour groups (at least it did during our stay). It is only a short walk into town so we didn’t eat in the restaurant.

Hotel Ramapendula is very close to local town, railway station and the truilli.

It was ordinary and hotel was nowhere near the main attraction.

The hotel location was convenient to all the nearby attractions we visited. Upon check-in, we were greeted by Mr. Daniel who provided us with our room key and other pertinent information such as where to eat dinner and for breakfast including nearby attractions. The swimming pool was fantastic. Overall the hotel staff was great especially the two gentlemen who took care of breakfast every morning. Plenty of parking spots if you have a vehicle. Wi-Fi was great.

Went in Mid July 2016. Room good but this hotel has no balconies. We had room 118 on the ground floor away from the pool. Pool area and gardens well maintained, but pool water is cold, it put people off using the pool. No tea/coffee facilities in the room and when we asked from some they said it was not possible. Small TV which should be mounted on the wall for more desk/dressing table space. Dining room OK. Small bar in reception which should be the hub of the hotel but it's often unmanned.
