Good location with easy access to Murcia Centro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable rates. Nice, friendly, family run feeling to this hotel.

Stayed here before and it was alright, this time had tiny room where you could hear whole floor, so you must bring earplugs. Wasn't comfortable at all, I had to stay another night in Murcia, so moved to another hotel.

Great little hotel with good location.

The lady on reception was helpful, and looked to get me a quiet room at back, which she did. I arrived before check in time and they allowed me to leave my bag until room was ready. The rooms are basic, but clean. Sadly as is far too common in Spain, noise insulation is poor, and the Spanish are not the quietest people so best take ear plugs. Given its closest hotel to station, about 10 minutes walk I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a really good location – only 10 mins walk from the old town and the main places of interest. My room was very clean and had all the facilities I wanted (modern bathroom, air con, wifi, TV, hairdryer (on request), good amount and quality of linen, etc.). It also had a double bed in it (but the mattress did need replacing as I could feel the springs pushing into me). My poor rating is just due to my nights being disturbed by noise from the next room: the occupant had very long loud conversations on speakerphone and every word was audible from my room! One night, when they were still conversing at 3.30 a.m., in desperation I got dressed and went to reception and asked if I could move rooms. My request was denied: he merely phoned the room to tell her the noise was disturbing me - as a result, she took her phone off speakerphone but continued her conversation until c.4 a.m.!) I guess I was just unlucky (but do feel that maybe the hotel could have done more to help me.)

Great location in the heart of Murcia situated across from a lovely small park. Excellent value for money and lovely, helpful staff.

Accommodattion was quite good generally. Some road noise (traffic) from street outside took the edge of it. Very clean and excellent aircon.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. Emilio was super friendly and helpful. The room was basic but very clean. There was no minibar/fridge in the room.
