The plus side is that all the hotel staff are friendly, the hotel rooms are spacious, the restaurant menu is halal and delicious, there is a prayer room and there is a luggage scale in the lobby so you can weigh your luggage before going to the airport. The location is very strategic, the hotel area has lots of culinary, seafood, Padang rice, barbershop, JNT cargo, laundry, Indomaret, and coffee shop next to the hotel in the Park 23 mall. 3 nights stay here is quite comfortable. The minus side of this hotel is because the room floor is not carpeted, so the area under the mattress is very visible with a lot of dust, it is not cleaned and there are some small trash, such as paper and snack plastics. The lobby elevator corridor area smells bad, and the elevator is often wet/muddy because people immediately get on the elevator after swimming without drying themselves first. The changing room in the pool area is a bit scary because it is dark, the lights are not on and dirty, there is only 1 toilet near the pool, it is small and there is no tissue hanger, so the tissue is just placed on the wet toilet and the muddy floor.

Best place to stay ever. Spacious, clean rooms, and superior rooms even have a bathtub. Complete amenities, and a large, clean pool. The food selection is adequate—not extensive, but still varied. It's perfect for bringing kids because the bed is also large, a king size. If I go back to Bali, I'll stay here again.

This is my first time staying here. There's a bathtub so you can take a hot shower in your room, hehe. And the staff are very friendly too.

On my first check-in day, I found a room with a connecting door. After some searching, I was able to move to another floor without a connecting door. The staff were all friendly, the food was decent, and it was also close to the airport and downtown.

I was in transit and ended up staying here on a friend's recommendation, and it turned out to be very comfortable. What's also nice is that it's directly across from the Raihana Muslim Warung, so finding halal food was easy. God willing, if I travel to Bali again, I'll stay here again.

Its strategic location, close to the airport, is perfect for travelers waiting for a layover. The hotel is also located on a major highway, close to food stalls/restaurants and a convenience store. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent.

My first experience staying during Nyepi. The service was good, although it was a bit slow to get the room key when checking in, but I thought positively, maybe it was because it was busy. 😊.
