Although the building is not new, the facilities are still adequate. Some areas could be improved, such as the air conditioning and parking area. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for both business trips and short vacations.

The room is okay because it's new and very comfortable. I arrived at 4:30 and still had to wait quite a long 30 minutes, which was fine with me. What you think is missing are the towels. We called repeatedly and were told that the towels would only be delivered at 5 PM, but I don't know why that was. And the towels were only delivered at 6 PM. The room was okay, comfortable, and clean. I just didn't have a chair near the TV with a nightstand. Overall, it's okay, there are just a few notes, those are my input.

The hot water was off. I contacted the hotel maintenance team, but they said the entire hot water system was off (a problem). There was no further follow-up after that.

Booking a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. If you want a non-smoking room, you have to upgrade and pay extra. Not recommended for those who dislike the smell of smoke. Every floor has a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

There was no one guarding the front door. A crowd gathered at the reception. I dropped my luggage, and no one helped me. I didn't check in; the service was terrible. I accepted the loss of my money and went to another hotel. The service was completely different from the Bidakara Hotel in South Jakarta. I'm a regular customer at the Bidakara Hotel in South Jakarta. The difference is like heaven and earth.
