Location at jr station. No need to exit the station, there is a connecting bridge to the hotel.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was spacious enough for 2 of us with 3 small luggages. And the hotel is in the same building with Akita Station. A really pleasant stay if you want to make a brief stop at Akita!

Toyoko Inn is totally my and my parent's favourite. Seriously how do they do this so well with all the facilities you need and more but at such a cheap price?! For us, the value is soo high compared to any fancy hotel. All Toyoko Inns we've known are very near to the train station. They can hold your luggage for free no fuss! This Toyoko Inn was literally connected to Akita station via a roofed walkway. They even provide free breakfast despite the cheap room rate. Checking in was very smooth using the machine, and the room was extremely spacious! We even had a small window to view Akita city. Bathroom was spacious with comprehensive bidet. We loved it soo much, we wished we stayed longer. We're totally booking Toyoko Inn again in our future Japan trip. I hope Toyoko Inn is available outside Japan too.

The location of the hotel is very strategic. The hotel is in a building connected to the Akita station. So it is very easy if you want to travel because beside the station there is also a bus terminal. Room size is quite spacious and there is space to store luggage under the mattress. The hotel also provides a free breakfast in the form of a Japanese food buffet. 1 floor below the hotel there is also a minimarket (family mart) which is open 24 hours.

The room is wider than anywhere you have stayed. Can walk through the train station There are pajamas and various accessories.
