A prime location, but the hotel could use a bit more love and renovation in many of the pictures. The swimming pool could even be described as hygienically dangerous. The water had not been purified for a long time.No parking directly at the hotel, which was not mentioned. Bathrobes are chargeable... there are unexpected costs that are not mentioned.Unfortunately, not the only hotel in Ostend that is overpriced.

Spacious room, with a big bed. 2 pillows each. Big bathroom. We enjoyed the aircon during the heatwave. The hotel has many facilities and is well located. We will come back.

The hotel has a great location near the sea. There's a pool, but they didn't provide robes and slippers in the room. The pool was very dirty and had construction debris in it. The saunas weren't working. There was no playroom! Even though the description said there was one! We were put up with two children on the top floor (5th floor). We took the elevator, but to get to the room, you have to climb some stairs. The receptionist saw that we were with a stroller and sent us to that room! The breakfast buffet was poor; the hot food was just an omelet and beans. The vegetables and fruit weren't fresh!

We paid more for a "better standard" room - it should be noted - and although the bedroom itself was great, the bathroom extractor fan and the heated towel rail did not work. We stayed for several days and despite reporting the problems, nobody bothered to fix them. The reception people were always pleasant but clearly the management are contemptuous of their customers. I'd like to know how they would feel using cold wet towels in the evening. Disgraceful. In addition, the hotel took lots of personal information when completing their mandatory check-in. Suspicious and unnecessary in my opinion.

Sorry but the climatisation doesn't work.. was off...and the night, not good sleeping...but good welcome and very good breakfast.
