Not every room has a fridge. In fact, few do. It was never stated online until after check-in. Today, even small hotels in tropical countries are equipped with them. If you love Indian eateries, NSEW is the perfect location in Little India. This is not the first time staying here. BTW, rooms are not big either, plus very few electric plugs by the bedside. It's not a new hotel, just kept well.

The room is comfortable and clean, especially it's quiet to have a good sleep at night with the soundproof windows. Moreover, the shower power is strong and the AC is cool enough, and I would look forward to coming back again. Worthy for stay.

The location is very strategic, being close to KL Sentral, making it easy to get everywhere. The prices are also affordable.

The hotel is one of the bigger budget hotels around KL Sentral. It's quite popular with the locals. The room is large and the bed comfy. It's a bit dated, but seems to be well-maintained. Staff was very friendly.

I've stayed here before a long time ago. I'm glad the comfort remains and it's still a top spot for access and connectivity.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. So, when you enter or leave the hotel, the door is opened.

Clean hotel room. Very helpful and friendly staff. I asked to change the bed, I was treated well. Room on the same floor. Close to KL Central and Nu Central shopping mall. Easy to go anywhere using public services such as ERL and monorail. Reasonable price. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Stayed for 1 night. Liked the people there, very helpful. My son had food poisoning the night before we checked out and had to go to hospital, the security guy and the receptionist were very kind to help with grab car arrangement. The minus side is the bathroom; the bidet needs to be fixed as it was leaking when we use it and water spilled everywhere on the bathroom floor. I know it’s an old hotel but little improvements on the utilities might be good.

My go to place in KL. Budget friendly and near to all the convenience you expect at KL Sentral. Always a pleasure staying there.
