For food, try to apply it to hotel guests, if you eat the food and don't finish it, you will be charged. I'm sorry to see them take so much like hungry people who in the end don't eat the food and just throw it away. It's a sin to waste it while there are so many hungry people out there

The room didn't match the photo shown in the app. The receptionist wasn't responsible for their mistake. A non-sharia booking was given a sharia-compliant one, and the room was basic, and the air conditioning wasn't cold. It's true that the price is around 450,000 Rupiah, but please don't mislead customers with different room photos. Thank you.

The hotel is nice, with plenty of activities for kids. However, I'd like to point out that many of the playground equipment is broken. Hopefully, the hotel will pay more attention.

This is a kid-friendly hotel with a variety of activities, and the kids loved it. However, the playground could use some work, as some of the toys were broken. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was great.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick, although there was a queue. It's very kid-friendly, and I've stayed here several times. It was a bit of a shame, though, that my two-night stay last night in a deluxe twin room didn't have a trash can and the air conditioning was a bit leaky. But this hotel remains a favorite for staycations with kids.
