My Points

I stay 5 night and I did the report for the heating is off in the bedroom. 
But they just ignore it and juat repair in the last night. And they rude. I have to call them again and again. I report it from the day 1. And nothing happens. Until they did get the technician in the day 5. For God sake. I am not recommended at all this hotel.
