I was very happy to be confirmed as an Executive room without any additional charges, the AC was cold, the room was very spacious, the bathroom was clean, and it was very close to Jl Malioboro and St. Tugu, just a short walk away.

First time staying here, it was fun. The location is close to Malioboro, just walking distance. There is a kind of cafe in the hotel. Got a room on the 2nd floor, actually it's nice, it's close to the parking lot, just take the elevator, just confused about finding the room, there are no directions. Suggestions are given directions to the room, hehe yesterday I went into the wrong meeting room. 😆

Overall the facilities are okay. The only thing that needs to be considered is that the AC in the lobby and restaurant is not cool enough, it seems like it needs to be fixed.

The room is okay, big but the floor is slippery, I almost fell. The facilities are okay, there are additional drinks in the room. Breakfast is varied and there is ice cream, okay. Only the floor is slippery.

The location is very strategic. Close to the tourist center. The staff is also friendly. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff seems to be briefed to be stingy. Every time the room is cleaned, there is always something missing. Sometimes there are not enough new towels, the next day the toiletries, mats are not renewed. On other days, drinking water is not renewed, dirty glasses are not washed and left with the rest of the drink. The bathroom also seems not to have been brushed since the hotel was built. Yellow and smelly.

Good service. Recommended hotel for vacation in Jogja, close to Malioboro street, so no need to order Grab, just walk. Tugu Station is also close, it's nice. Thank you.
