Considering Amaris is part of the Santika Group, expectations were high. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms had a bonus view of the MBZ Toll Road. However, amenities were inadequate for the number of guests, drinking water was limited, dishes and bed linens were lacking in cleanliness, and breakfast was less than satisfactory (the cereal tasted like water and the menu was predominantly salty). At breakfast, used plates were also not promptly removed, making it uncomfortable. Hopefully, the quality of service can improve in the future and align with the hotel group's reputation.
