The room was small and cramped, the Wi-Fi was unresponsive, forcing us to use 4G or the Wi-Fi at the neighboring Grand Gosia hotel which had a strong signal. Room service was poor; the bed linens weren't changed, still stained with dirt and old hair. We requested extra hair clips but they refused, and they didn't refill the complimentary water. The reception staff were cold and unfriendly, never smiling at guests. The decorative hooks on our luggage were missing. Overall, I won't be returning. I've already told my family to avoid this hotel and am posting this honest review for future guests. It's far from the city center and restaurants, near the beach but the beach near the port isn't very nice, only close to the cable car to Vinpearl. The breakfast buffet only had 3-4 items, the spring rolls smelled rancid, and the sausages were fried repeatedly – terrible.

The room hygiene was terrible; the room was small and they even put a sauna in it (which was unusable), and the emergency exit was blocked by dismantled bathtubs. The bright spots were the enthusiastic and friendly reception staff, and the breakfast was decent. The air conditioning and hot water were very good.

The hotel is old, and the furnishings are of declining quality. Breakfast is acceptable, but the tables, chairs, and cleaning in the dining area are terrible due to the insufficient staff.

I booked 3 nights from June 1st to June 4th, 2026. However, I was very disappointed. I booked a room with two beds but was given a single room, which was very cramped because it had a sauna but it wasn't working, the TV wouldn't turn on, the bathroom was moldy, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I have sinusitis, and after two hours I couldn't stand it and had to check out immediately. Furthermore, the swimming pool shown in the photos was actually just a children's wading pool, with a strong chlorine smell. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Check-in wasn't available until 3 PM. Check-out was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but at 12 PM the receptionist kept calling frantically, urging us to check out immediately. Then staff came to our room, knocking on the door and trying to kick us out… Terrible experience.

The hotel is in the city center, near the beach, and the rooms are on a higher floor, so they are airy but a bit small. Breakfast is also decent.

The breakfast wasn't as varied as other 4-star hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were nice, but the curtains weren't clean, and the soundproofing wasn't great. My family arrived by car, and there was no staff to assist or guide us to the parking lot in the evening. The only positive was the free room upgrade.
