Superb location - easy walking distance of all Madrid has to offer. Room very clean and well equipped with fridge/hairdryer/great aircon. We weren't expecting breakfast so loved the complimentary help yourself breakfast/tea/coffee area with tea coffees juices fruit and biscuits and the morning bag with water and pastries. Chris on reception was really helpful and gave a great restaurant recommendation- would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great location a minute from Sol

The hotel was a perfect location in Sol and we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see in Madrid from there. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean. It was great value for money and we loved that we chose a room with a balcony. There isn’t much of a view from the balcony but it was nice to have. We also visited the rooftop terrace on one of our evenings and it had a lovely vibe up there

Every morning they leave pastries and water bottles in a bag on your door. Never seen anything like it before and absolutely loved it

The hotel is very centrical. Steps from puerta del Sol and lots of stores and restaurants. Nice staff and cute room. They leave a bag at your door every morning with donuts, muffins and 2 boxes of water.

Great location walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, lots of places to eat close by as well as a bar/restaurant at the entrance of hotel and on the roof top. Great free coffee 24 hours . Would definitely recommend this spot for your travels to Madrid .

Great location, quiet, clean rooms. I found a bag of breakfast pastries and water hanging on my door in the mornings, which was a surprise! Everything was great, I would recommend this hotel!

We absolutely loved our terrace room, staff were always polite and friendly and we would without hesitation stay here again.

This is a small hotel right in the center of Old Town. Big room, nice size shower, has a rooftop restaurant. Staff at desk spoke English and were very helpful. They even left us water and breakfast treats outside our door every morning.

Everyone and just about everything was great, except for the bed was too hard. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family.
