Great hotel, also their sister hotel further up the road.

Staff were beyond friendly, room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Location was excelente

Our room was advertised as soundproofed but was very noisy from the main road outside. There was a problem with the hot water during our stay. The hotel lacks areas to sit and enjoy a quiet drink because so many non residents use the bar and terrace area to get views of the town. It would be better if there were areas reserved for residents. We couldn’t even have a drink in the afternoon as there was no space. We couldn’t use the spa as it was fully booked and the jacuzzi / pool on the terrace are not heated.

Excellent location across from bullring and within a couple blocks of the bridge. Highly recommend staying here. Hotel was clean, rooms large, and the breakfast buffet was great if you choose to pay for it.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel and room. Wonderful views from roof. Disappointed that rooftop pool, hot tub and sauna out of service! This should be conveyed to customers ahead of time. We had planned to use these amenities.

We loved our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant with stunning views, evening sunsets, and absolutely delicious, creative food. Service is excellent. We tried out the spa area too! Very relaxing. And we watched the Copa del Rey futbol matches each night. Our rooms were sparkly clean and well designed. We would have liked bathrobes to use to go up to the spa. The location is perfect too. I can highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

Nice hotel at nice location

This hotel has an historic feel to it. Right close to the Puente Nuevo. The lounge overlooks the Plaza de Toros. Right on the outdoor walkable mall with shopping and cafes. Hospitable, helpful staff. Breakfast amazing! Our room was updated and we loved it!! Would return and recommend heartily!

I requested a room with no harsh chemical smell or deodorant as I find many hotels in Spain use harsh cleaning chemicals which cause my eyes to burn and irritate my lungs, often bedding has a strong deodorant odour as well. This hotel was wonderful! I requested none of these be used. The sheets and room were perfect.

Hotel was in the middle of everything worth seeing at Ronda

The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to everything. The room (junior suite with view) was stunning. The bathroom was lovely and spacious with nice products. The bed was large and comfortable. We had use of the spa included in our room and this was absolutely amazing. Treatmebts were also good. The food in the bar was also superb.

Nice facility. Make sure to make reservation for the hotel restaurant if you want to have dinner there. The earliest option for us was 10pm since we did not make reservation. The food there seems really nice.

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our 2-week trip through Andalusia. First, when I parked in the Plaza de Toros across the street, the bellboy came to the car and greeted us. He took care of parking the car, which although it was two blocks away, I never saw it because when I left, the same bellboy brought the car back to the front of the hotel. It is located very close to the main street and the "New Bridge," with many nearby places to eat and have breakfast. This was the only hotel where we could control the temperature, using heating or air conditioning as we pleased. This is rare in a European hotel where in winter you only have heating, and if you're not used to it, you have a hard time. This hotel was a very good choice, and I highly recommend it.
