Whenever my family comes to Surabaya and I'm looking for a good budget accommodation, I always recommend this place. The rooms are super spacious, and it's close to everything. It's just a short walk to Surabaya Zoo.

The staff is friendly and helpful, parking is free, the shower water is warm, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed and room are spacious. It's definitely worth a stay if you need something in Surabaya. The room service is reasonably priced for a hotel, but I didn't try it.
