All the staff are friendly, the stay was comfortable, I brought my baby and it was comfortable too, the swimming pool is clean, there are free horse-drawn carriage rides, there is a waterfall inside the hotel, you can feed the fish, there is a playground.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. However, the breakfast was very disappointing and far below the standards expected of a five-star hotel. Hopefully, the hotel can improve the quality and variety of its breakfast to provide a better overall guest experience.

I was very satisfied with my arrival. He told me that riding the horse cart was free. Going to the kids club was free. Swimming was also free. I thought the earliest check-in time would be, but it turned out to be really fast, seriously 🫶🏻 I waited for so long, and suddenly I was allowed to enter via WA. The best 🫶🏻

Super satisfied! The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Usually, older hotels have dirty bathrooms, but this one wasn't at all!! The edges seemed to be cleaned or replaced frequently. The pool was also clean and nice. The breakfast was actually quite average, but the variety was good!

The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The carpets are also spotless. The food is varied and delicious. Highly recommended. I'd definitely recommend this if I visit Bandung again.

I'm always satisfied with my stay at The Papandayan. Every time I visit Bandung, I always stay here. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, ample amenities, and the kids will love the horse-drawn carriage rides on weekends.
