Overall, the room size, staff service, and cleanliness were excellent. However, there are two key points that require management attention and evaluation:
Soundproofing Issues: I stayed in room 211 and was disturbed by the poor soundproofing of the walls. In the middle of the night, I could clearly hear a woman screaming from another room, an unknown number. This was quite disruptive to my rest.
Internet Connection & Room Facilities: The internet connection or Wi-Fi network in the room was poor. As a result, the Smart TV in the room was completely unusable as it failed to load content. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection on my personal mobile device was very slow.
