Rasuna Icon used to be beautiful, comfortable, and clean, but now it's neglected. It's dirty inside, and noise from outside, neighboring, and upstairs can be heard, making it uncomfortable. Elevator access is free, so others can enter freely.

When I arrived, it was under renovation, and I was on the second floor. The room was dusty, smelled musty, the mattress was no longer soft, the curtains were dirty, and the room was filthy. As a result, I immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. They should have just closed down while they were renovating.

The location is very strategic and easily accessible. The breakfast menu is delicious with a wide variety, and the hotel facilities are generally very functional. I will definitely return.

The room was not quite clean. We had to ask to change rooms. There was a little renovation; I think that's why there was a lot of dust. The second room was much better than the first one. Good location though.

This is my second time staying here, and I'm honestly delighted because it's so well-equipped. There's a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a desk, and a spacious toilet. The view from the room is also beautiful.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite tasty, although not a wide selection. Room amenities were quite complete, including a refrigerator and microwave. It's located near the main highway, and access via Transum is easy.
