Check-in time was extended to 3 p.m., and I still couldn't get into my room. Other hotels let me check in right away. Furaya was extremely disappointing.

The check-in staff were unfriendly, there was no explanation regarding Wi-Fi, breakfast vouchers, and there was no availability of upper floors, even though I had explained what I wanted in the booking. Furthermore, the activity outside the room was very audible in the room, so it was very noisy if someone pushed a trolley or had footsteps outside the room.

It was a bit uncomfortable when I checked in because the room reservation in the app didn't match the one the hotel staff had given me, claiming they were out of rooms, and this had happened repeatedly. After complaining, we were finally given a suitable room. Going forward, we must ensure the app reservation is correct.
