Very comfortable homestay and fast service

The room was not as ordered, the room was very small, the Wi-Fi was stuck, the hot water in the bathroom was not on.

This villa is very peaceful and beautiful. I stayed in a suite with a private pool. Everything was impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

at the bottom of the pool there is a lot of dirt in the garden there is cat dirt shower soap and shampoo please change there is no towel hanger in the bathroom

The receptionists here are so nice. Although they don't speak English so well, they still manage to communicate with you using Google Translate. Love the atmosphere here, it's like a small village where you can enjoy the nature peacefully. However, the toilet needs to be cleaned better and the facilities need to be upgraded: the water flow is so weak, and the floor is not bright white.

Its a bit a distance from ubud center on foot (you can easily book motor taxi if you don't want to walk), but if you don't mind about the distance, this is amazing place you should stay in Ubud! The best experience so far! Super happy!

The room is dirty especially in the bathroom area and the place to soak is also not cleaned (not suitable for soaking). Overall, the villa is not well maintained. Hopefully it will get special attention and will be better in the future.

Villanya bagus khususnya taman nya, hanya saja memang tidak sesuai jika disampaikan Bintang 4 karena bahkan hanger nya menggunakan hanger bekas laundry, di pantry ada kompor tetapi gak complete alat-alat makan nya, juga tidak ada kopi dan teh di dalam kamar.

Lebih Hati hati saja, karena saya kehilangan uang 500 rb saat sarapan range waktu 07.40 wita s. D 08.30 wita. Malam sebelum ke hotel ambil dan hitung uang, dihitung karena akan digunakan untuk kegiatan esok harinya, pagi setelah sarapan sudah hilang ketahuan saat kami membuka dompet dan hitung di dalam mobil. Saat kejadian pagi itu Dompet ditinggal di kamar, kamar saya kunci luar. Review ini akan saya update apabila ada kejelasan se pihak villa.

The property is fantastic. Loved the view from my balcony. Not too crowd since it has like only 16 units. My concern is about the cleanliness in the room. I found a big spot on my sheet and dust in several corners. However, overall I enjoyed my stay in villa Mandi.
