This hotel is very comfortable and highly recommended to visit because the staff is very friendly, the facilities are very comfortable and it is very suitable for a place to stay when traveling out of town.

Suggestion, because we pay per day, things like towels, toothpaste, etc. should also be filled every day, especially for those staying more than 1 day.

The breakfast here is delicious, but some of the facilities do need improvement, such as the shower not working and the mattress starting to sag in the middle. If I may make a suggestion, it would be nice to add some air freshener to help eliminate the smell of cigarette smoke from previous customers. Thanks.

Centrally located in Pekanbaru. Easy access. Friendly service. Reasonable prices considering the room conditions. Unfortunately, I haven't tried the restaurant yet due to Ramadan.

It's definitely worth staying here. Ambience/Facilities: Comfortable, fast Wi-Fi, clean room, soft mattress, water heater, cool AC, and hot water. Staff Assistance: The staff is very friendly, and upon check-in, you're given the option to deposit or leave your ID card. Price: Quite affordable.
