Good service, friendly and clean

First time staying, the place is fun & comfortable

It was a truly enjoyable stay at Surya Yudha Park, with its many amenities: a swimming pool (water park), gym, karaoke, cinema, and restaurant. It's perfect for a family stay.

The staff was friendly, but upon check-in, they didn't immediately tell them to refill their own mineral water from the dispenser. I requested breakfast delivered to my room, but it wasn't. Everything else was great.

My worst experience while staying in a hotel. The condition of the room when we entered was very dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. The carpet was full of dust, the mattress was dirty and full of ants, as was the bathroom. I tried calling room service, but they only sprayed poison, not swept/cleaned, the ant droppings were left lying around. It seemed like the room hadn't been prepared at all before our arrival, where everything in the room was very dirty even though we checked in 1 hour after the specified time. After years of being a regular customer of Surya Yudha, after starting to stay at f0x more often, this time I wanted to try Surya Yudha again. We thought after a few years there would be improvements, but it turned out to be the same, even last night's experience was the worst.

My family and I frequent this hotel every time we go to Banjarnegara. The hotel facilities are in line with its class. Besides the hotel restaurant, there is Cafe Historia, where the food is affordable. We really enjoy playing in the swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 2nd floor. The hotel staff are all friendly, the breakfast menu is standard, tends to be less varied... but the menu is quite tasty.

Recommended for family staycations because of the complete entertainment facilities, children will be happy playing in the waterpark, and there is also a jacuzzi for parents.

The room is really good, spacious and clean, but please, the toilet and bathtub are all stained with yellow.

The bedroom door uses manual hinges, the door is not straight, the room is not soundproof, the shower faucet is confusing when choosing hot / cold water, the switch is loose and dangerous for families with small children, the AC battery has not been replaced, the TV picture is unclear, the blanket color has faded, the bed frame has a broken crack

I booked 3 rooms for my children, my nephew, my father and my younger brother, everyone was happy, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was quite good but it seemed like there was no dessert like cookies or cake.

There was discomfort from the staff when it was time to check out at 10:30 and they were already waiting in front of the door which made it uncomfortable. Please fix the toilet for room 216, it doesn't work properly so it's uncomfortable. And the scary view would be better if it was closed tightly so it doesn't seem scary, sorry. For the others, it's comfortable and very ok, there's a possibility that I will stay again and recommend it to others
