The front office service was less than satisfactory. Upon check-in, we were given a room far from the elevator, but when we asked to be moved to a room near the elevator, we were not properly accommodated. We also requested a double/single bed, but were given twin beds, claiming they were fully booked—even though the hotel wasn't busy at the time, either due to the number of vehicles in the parking lot or guests having breakfast. The front office staff's attitude and service needs to be improved so that guests feel comfortable and more appreciated.
