The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are quite clean. Unfortunately, there's a slight dampness, perhaps from the old carpet, which makes the rooms smell. It's a bit pricey for its class, but that's understandable considering the prime location. Management needs to consider a new concept, especially with regards to the interior and furnishings, to keep up with other modern hotels.

The location is very strategic. The bus stop is close by. Accessible everywhere is easy. The sheets are changed daily. Please replace the worn-out ones immediately.

The price is still affordable and the facilities are quite good, it could be one of the hotel choices in the Kalibata/Pancoran area 👍

The staff was quick to respond to any issues. Everything was great, except for the Wi-Fi. By 8:00, most of the food was gone, and no refills were offered. The food was delicious, but the variety wasn't extensive.

Check-in was late at night, and I was tired from the long journey. The receptionist wasn't on standby when I arrived, and I couldn't help with my luggage. The room was small, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The receptionist service was a bit lacking. Upon check-out, they should have checked their room again and asked to wait so they wouldn't have to keep going back and forth if they forgot anything.

For a price under 400 thousand with a 3-star hotel and delicious food, it is very worth staying there.
