The room was very spacious and nice. When I checked in, I was given complimentary ice cream, yum. It's close to the beach, but it's a shame the breakfast was a bit limited. But I was really happy to get a free dinner, which was pretty good, haha. Overall, it was okay, and I'll be back again, hahaha. Oh yeah, when I entered the room, it turned out there weren't any towels provided, haha

I had a great stay at Klaapa Resort. The location is right next to Dreamland Beach and even has its own staircase leading down to the beach itself.

The facilities and service here are satisfactory. The food is also good. Choose a room with a beach view. It's nice and comfortable. It truly has a Balinese vibe. Will be back again soon. Thank you.

The BBQ and çakçak ballet on Saturday were very enjoyable.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel area and rooms were clean and bright, there was private access to Dreamland Beach, a delicious breakfast, and free welcome drinks and ice cream for the kids. Some parts of the hotel need updating, but it's still acceptable.

(-) Pool maintenance, got a room near the construction, and one floor was very quiet with only a few guests in sight, access to the hotel was a bit far from the road and quiet, the road was a bit less good, the building looked a bit old from the outside and there was not enough lighting to access the beach. (+) The room had access to Dreamland Beach. The room was spacious, amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, kettle, and toiletries were provided. Friendly staff at the reception, and the breakfast was complete and delicious. The lobby was fragrant, free compliment welcome drink and ice cream. Info: for children, an additional breakfast of around 90 thousand was charged.

The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. I've stayed here twice and I've never been disappointed. It's really great, I swear.

The resort is stunning! What they lack in distance to places, they make up in staff friendliness, service, and facility. It is an older property but everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and smooth.

My stay at Klapa Resort was truly delightful. The location is close to the beach with a breathtaking sunset view. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. A perfect place to relax and recharge. I'd love to come back again.

Check out time is not negotiable at all, even if it is only until 1:00 PM, it is not as flexible as other hotels in the same class, they can even provide late checkout until 3:00 PM, and here 12:30 PM is not even allowed, even though I have stayed here many times and also the chapel and beach club are no longer functioning (continuous renovations)

It was cool to stay with family at this resort, it was a pleasant experience, including all the staff.
