It's a shame that a nice hotel lacks quality service, especially at the restaurant. Guests only get one of three breakfast options, which is a real disappointment. I'd love to come back because it's so good, but the food makes me think twice. I'm really dissatisfied.

The view is beautiful, the hotel is clean. The TV and Wi-Fi are inadequate, and the restaurant doesn't offer a wide selection of ready-to-eat food.

The room floor is slippery, there is a lot of gecko droppings, the TV doesn't work, the Wi-Fi is okay but the speed is medium, the outdoor facilities are okay, it's okay for taking photos, and the beach access is good. The breakfast menu only has 3 choices and is served slowly, you have to wait about 45 minutes. The AC is cold, there is no water heater for bathing, and hot water is provided (in a thermos) but not a drinking water heater.

The staff is friendly, but the Wi-Fi signal there is lacking.

I stayed in room 5B. It looks like the AC needs servicing as it wasn't cooling at its maximum capacity. If possible, keep the pool filter on to prevent it from getting too cloudy. The staff was friendly, and the room was fairly clean, although there were a few stains on the sheets. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

Good view, but the restaurant service is very slow, maybe more servers can be added to speed up the time.

It's cool here, the sunrise is visible, the sunset also looks beautiful.

Turtle Beach Hotel is one of our recommended hotels for those visiting the Ujung Genteng area. The rooms are clean, the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, and it's close to Ujung Genteng's tourist attractions. However, improvements would be needed, such as a more varied breakfast menu, especially with a buffet style with a wider selection. Improvements to the access road to the hotel, as it's rocky and damaged, are needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at Turtle Beach Hotel. Thank you.

Overall, everything was good, but the dinner at the restaurant was a bit lacking. The grilled fish was undercooked, but since it was fresh, it was still edible. They gave me rice when I checked out, haha.

Staying here was very pleasant. It has a private beach, a swimming pool, and is close to Cibuaya Beach and Pangumbahan Turtle Conservation Beach. A small correction: there are no tissues, and breakfast is around 6am, because we're used to having breakfast early, haha... All good, worth it.

It's a shame I only stayed for 1 night... I should have stayed here for at least 2 nights... The room is spacious, has a balcony, there is a swimming pool, near the beach... It's just that the room with the car requires a bit of walking... If the car is right in front of the room it's more stable... It's comfortable when unloading and loading things.. Other than that... I think if you come here, it's better not to take the same thing as breakfast, because it's cheaper to buy it at the restaurant than to pay for breakfast directly, hehe.

Nice atmosphere, not crowded, nice beach view, Balinese vibe. Average rooms, average breakfast.

The location is quite strategic, clean, and comfortable. The staff is also friendly, but the restaurant staff are a bit less friendly, and service is quite slow in the restaurant area. So far so good, I'll come back to Turtle Beach again next time.

The AC was off and we waited 2 hours outside the room, no treats were provided, and the unit was not replaced either.

First time to Ujung Genteng, my husband's hotel of choice wanted to be here because it has a pool and is close to the beach, but the road near the hotel is quite bad. We arrived early at 12:00, check-in at 1:00 PM. We waited while playing in the sand, but found out we couldn't enter the room until around 1:34 PM, waiting half an hour from check-in time. When we entered the room, the floor was still wet because it had just been mopped, so it was slippery when we entered the room. No tissues, slippers were provided, and we had to ask for hot water before being given a thermos. In the afternoon, we ordered fried rice, the rice wasn't salty enough, it tasted bland, but whatever, it was still okay. The place was really nice, the beach was also safe for children to play, but of all the worst and most disappointing thing was that when we asked for an omelet, we were given bread that already had mold on it😭 (even though the fried rice for breakfast was delicious compared to yesterday afternoon), even when we asked for a change to the staff, it was immediately replaced, but there was no apology from the staff or the hotel at all. Even though the place was really good, the service was still lacking.

The price does not match the service, the room did not have slippers, tissues, and the amenities were very bad, not hotel standard.
