The area was clean and well maintained despite the pandemic situation. The room was spacious and the hot water works perfectly. The hotel has a homey atmosphere with a big garden area where kids can run around or play around the pool. The staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. Laundry service and bicycles rent are available at a relatively cheap price.

Alhamdulillah, I enjoyed it very much here, close to the crowd of Gili Trawangan, easy to rent bicycles, okay refrigerators, can make asip freeze, okay facilities. There is a refill of drinking water. only the bathroom is a bit dirty not clean. minimalist breakfast portions. international food guys. thanks. Recommended.

What is offered at this hotel is good as well as top hotel employees, the breakfast portions are jumbo and nice.

Thanks near the hotel, the location is 10 minutes (walking distance) from the harbor, the free flow of drinking water is very helpful, the pool is clean, there is a very peaceful place in front of the hotel, and the special is the breakfast menu, amazing!

At first we got room with bad air con and open space bathroom. The bathroom not so clean. But then we moved to better room after we told the hotel that the air con did not run well. The new room is great. Better air con and bathroom.

The place is good, but different location on google maps, it's lost but it's okay. Food in the restaurant is good, had dinner and breakfast there. The swimming pool is also used for diving practice so if you want to learn diving you can also stay here. Can rent a bike too at this hotel. Minus the mattress in the blanket a lot of sand. Overall okay.

Lack of water, and not according to expectations

Maybe the room that I got at that time was not in accordance with my expectations, because the air conditioner was not cold, finally I used the fan that was already available in the room and when I showered, I took a shower for quite a long time, uh, I know the water came out and soaked the room . That's all that makes me disappointed

The floor of the room is a lot of sand, not cleaned. There is no TV channel (I never pay for Indovision, I think), the toilet tap is leaking plus value just because it's near the beach

Overall everything was good, the ambience, the breakfast, the service. The location is very near to the beach. But the lights went out for several times, but it's okay, they'll fix it as soon as we reported it.

Hotel location right in front of the turtle beach and next to mosque so you can hear adzan for me is good so we not forget to praying during holiday. Located in sunrise area but you need to a little bit walk to main area in Gili trawangan but for me is not big deal. Good service from the staff. Breakfast was ala carte. The minus thing only AC in my room was leaking and TV not working. Overall good stay.
