The accommodation is well-maintained, strategically located, and actually comfortable. I stayed for two nights with my family in two rooms. The parking area is adequate, but there are a few things to consider: - Pest control is needed. While staying there, we heard rats running around on the ceiling, and there were many ants in the room. It looks simple, but it's quite uncomfortable. - Some equipment needs updating and maintenance. Incidentally, the AC in my room was dripping water right above the mattress. - Cleanliness could be improved. - Vehicle registration numbers could be noted upon check-in to make it easier to find the owner. Hopefully, this can be addressed and improved, considering the location is very strategic and comfortable. Thank you.

I like Villa Cempaka because it is close to Borobudur. The surrounding area is close to everywhere. There are many places to eat and supermarkets within walking distance because I brought my kids. The cleanliness of the room is OK. There is a problem with the flush of the toilet in the bathroom. But the staff is very responsive, friendly, and available 24 hours. Because if there is a problem with the toilet flush, what can I do..😥. For food, when I arrived, I ordered from the restaurant. The price is OK, the taste is also good. The woman who cooks is the villa's owner. The mattress and AC are all good. The TV also works well.

Nice hospitality, spacious and clean room. The AC wasn't cold enough, but the response was great, and they offered another room. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, just minutes from the Borobudur entrance. We brought our extended family, and it was a wonderful experience!

The location is very strategic to Borobudur Temple and the surrounding tourist attractions. It's tucked away in a large alley so it's not noisy. The atmosphere is also comfortable and cool. The staff is friendly. The breakfast, although simple, my kids loved it. Thank you.

The atmosphere is like a village, quiet, and you can hear the sound of crickets, the size of the room is just right for resting, only the wardrobe and work desk are not adequate, the location is very close to Borobudur, you can exit the alley and go straight to Borobudur

Very dirty.. the room smells of dust. The table, bed, wardrobe are all dusty and there are lots of geckos/rats.

The hotel is nice and traditional. But unfortunately the cleanliness is lacking. There is a lot of dust and rats on the roof. The location is confusing, because on the map there are two places that have the same name.
