The bed is nice, comfortable, wide, access to the mall is close, but I got a room near the OB room, it seems, the OBs were chatting loudly, closing and opening the door as if using inner strength. There was the sound of lizards in the room, the bathroom door was noisy as if it was going to break. Please improve it again

Checked in for 2 days on the 10th to 12th got room 510, 512, 518. The AC was not cold with the hot weather in Palembang. When I entered the room, when I moved the bed to pray, the bed was not swept. There was also an unpleasant smell in the toilet, maybe the drain and just a suggestion for toilet equipment, just use liquid soap. The service at the receptionist and in the restaurant was quite friendly. In the future, the AC can be improved so it is cold.
