The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious, even for that price, it's cheap. The breakfast menu is also delicious and suitable for the palate. I was just a bit disappointed when booking, the picture said there were 4 pillows, but in reality there were only 2. Then in the booking picture there was a red chair, but it turned out that the real chair shape was not the same as the picture shown. Thanks

- The location is near a traditional market, a bit congested and dirty. - The breakfast menu has very little variety. - We were scammed with a fake order, either from a guest or a naughty employee. When I wanted to check out, I was charged for french fries even though I never ordered them. The employee who testified said it was me, even though at that time my husband and I were outside the hotel. In the end, they couldn't prove the accusation with the CCTV evidence we requested and there was no apology whatsoever for wasting our time before checking out. Thank you, this will be our first and last time staying at the Ardan Hotel.
