The room smelled bad, there were lots of cockroaches and ants, the floor was pimpled, the toilet didn't have a bidet but the toilet didn't flush properly, and it was uncomfortable to sleep because of the terrible smell. The blankets and pillows looked like they hadn't been changed, and the kettle and tea maker were very dirty. I only stayed one night and ended up moving hotels😥

My two-night stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. I had a room on the fifth floor, with a stunning view of the hills in the evening, as if the sky was telling a story with its colors. What made me even more impressed was the hotel's very competitive price. Its strategic location, and the nearby Alfamart convenience store made everything I needed easily accessible. The comfortable room, hot running water, and smooth internet made for a smooth Netflix night. The Smart TV, with its clear channels and YouTube access, added to the modern and practical feel of my stay. Overall, my two-night stay at this hotel was truly satisfying, warm, comfortable, and left a lasting impression.

The hotel needs renovation and service improvement. Guests are still sleeping in their rooms, but housekeeping comes in without knocking.

The place is good, near to the minimarket. It was all good to stay until there was someone who's trying to open the room door, I was really shocked. He should've knocked on the door before entering my room.

Pengalaman menginap di hotel, bagi saya yang sangat buruk adalah di Everbright Hotel Ambon. Sangat kesal dengan reseption yang meminta bayar tambahan biaya sebesar Rp. 200.000. Dengan alasan ada noda sebesar ukuran uang koin pada seprei. Tidak masuk akal bagi saya.

Pillows are not fitted with covers. Bed covers are not replaced. Bathroom water is slow.

Cleanliness of pillowcase, bed linen & cover and towel need much improvement (bad smell).

With affordable prices, room facilities are quite complete, equipped with a hair dryer and water heater. Suggestion: The condition of the floor is a bit sticky so if you don't wear hotel slippers it is not comfortable, you should mop it again if there are guests who will check in in the room.

Clean and comfort, reccomended.
