The bathroom shower needs to be replaced.. so that it's comfortable to shower and the water doesn't splash everywhere.

The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. You can leave your luggage even before check-in or after check-out. The staff is friendly. There's a playground. Parking is also convenient. Good. Affordable too. Next time I go to Jogja, I'll stay here.

I've stayed at Sagan twice. I first went there last year and booked a Bebek room. I looked at the location, it's close to everything, especially if you want to go to Alkid, the station, etc. When I checked the app, the rate was cheap. For the same price as a small hotel or RedDoorZ (around Rp250,000-300,000), I think I'd choose this place. The staff are friendly. The AC is cold, and amenities and a swimming pool are included. However, the one we stayed in yesterday was probably under renovation. So when we went down in the basement, it was so smoky (I rented a motorbike in Jogja, by the way), it was a bit suffocating because of the smell of wood. We decided not to go down and took the elevator back to the first floor, breathing through our mouths. As a suggestion, maybe renovation work like that should be done at night or could be communicated to hotel guests so they are aware. For example, "There will be work on this in the basement from 1-2 pm this afternoon." Or a written notice would be fine and placed near the basement elevator. But otherwise, it's really good. And God willing, we will stay at Sagan Heritage again if we need to go to Jogja.

The location is very strategic, with easy access to the city center and surrounding areas. The rooms are also very kid-friendly.

The cleanliness is adequate, the location is quite good, close to everything, and the room is quite comfortable. The downside is that there's no smart TV, and the bathroom area doesn't have a partition, so it gets muddy after showering. Plus, there's construction going on, so it's a bit noisy during the day, and the dust makes me itchy.

A comfortable hotel in the city center. Close to Gadjah Mada University (UGM), the Yogyakarta Monument (Tugu Yogyakarta), and Malioboro. Spacious family rooms with double queen beds. Quiet surroundings with well-soundproof rooms. A Yogyakarta feel is quite evident.

First time to Sagan Heritage Hotel Jogja, a great first impression made my honeymoon even more memorable… The FO staff, Ms. Kristin and her team mates were super friendly and very helpful, the room was very very okay.. Next trip to Jogja again will be one of the hotels on my list of choices 👍🏼
