Very nice stay at Sylvia Resort

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was great.

The hotel is spacious, and the restaurant is near the beach so the view is nice. The service is also good.

Very suitable for family vacations, children who want to play on the beach, there is a swimming pool too, clean and spacious, basically for a family vacation this hotel is suitable.

The room is big but I want to borrow an iron but they don't give me one. Usually you can borrow an iron everywhere. Ordering dinner from a restaurant takes a long time.

It is great for family vacations with children because of the amazing sea view and you can play to your heart's content.

When I go to Labuan Bajo, I always stay here because it is family friendly, there are 2 swimming pools, a beach, and delicious breakfast.

The standard room has a urine smell from the bathroom, don't know where it comes from.

The only downside was my request for shuttle service. I confirmed my arrival and verbally asked for the shuttle service, they confirmed it but no one came to Fetch us at the airport.

Good room hotel, good food and good view

the staff, location and food are the best part of the hotel.

1. For restaurants, please pay attention because 2 times when ordering food, the diner experienced an error and the information was given when the food was to be served, it should have been informed at the beginning. 2. The cleanliness of the beach is very lacking, there is a lot of leftover food waste and cats roaming around.

The price is worth it for the view and direct access to the beach, the food is quite varied and delicious which is definitely halal. The AC in room number 38 is not cold.

Great villa by the beach, great activity available on site. We took the canoe and had the greatest time with my sons. Exquisite view on sunset. Although Sylvia can still improve on the garden lighting (didn't turn on automatically after dark), more attention on the cleanliness of the room as we play on the beach quite frequently, and the outdoor bathroom although very nice, there were a lot of bugs. Maybe some insects mesh can be installed for better experience for guests.

Nice view from hotel directly to beach. All the rooms are clean but there are some stain on the toilet door other than that good service.

Staying here is very memorable because of the beautiful view especially the sunset with clean rooms and delicious food.
