My first impression was that the card slot was broken (resulting in all the lights not working) and there was a large amount of animal droppings in the bathroom 😰. But all the staff were friendly, and they responded by tidying things up until I was comfortable (understandably, I brought a child and was sensitive to cleanliness). The mattress might need to be cleaned again. There was a lot of food variety 🥰, and even though the room didn't have air conditioning, it was cool 🤗.

This hotel is a tourist hotel, an old building but still well maintained. What I like about this hotel is its beautiful atmosphere. Although the rooms do not have air conditioning, the air circulation in the room is still good and the surrounding air is still cool like at grandma's house 😍. The swimming pool is large and the water does not contain too much chlorine. The room rate of IDR 320,000 includes breakfast and entrance tickets to Selecta tourism is a plus point of this hotel. If you are a large family who wants to stay in Batu City with the concept of cool air and tourism, I recommend taking this hotel. Another plus point is that your vehicle can be parked in front of the room (for certain room types). That's my review. Thank you.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms are spacious & clean, hot water is also available, free access to the Selecta tourist attraction & shuttle service. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is delivered to the room. Cons: difficulty finding food at night because the restaurant does not provide food & snacks, there are no restaurants/stalls around at night, but can be overcome by buying food via GoFood/Grab online. Next time I will stay here again because I am very satisfied.

Recommendations for family vacations

There were a lot of people staying, there were 7 families, but there was no buffet breakfast. The twin beds were very small, probably because of the previous model. The air was cool and you got a voucher to enter the Selecta tourist area.

The place is comfortable and pleasant. The children really enjoyed staying there.

Some of the cooking utensils, such as the frying pan, need to be replaced. The bathroom is also lacking in cleanliness. The floor is still slippery, with cigarette butts on it. The mattress also feels like it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, it's okay for the price.
