The hotel staff, the facilities are complete. Our room was large enough for the kids to play in. The bathroom was large, clean and well-equipped. The food was delicious. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we go on holiday. Thank you.

Hotel Gran Senyiur Balikpapan consistently provides the best service. The staff are all friendly and always smiling, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the rooms are clean and very spacious. Everything is amazing.

Highly recommended. Initially, our room had problems with the air conditioning, but we were immediately upgraded to a more spacious room. Thank you to the Grand Senyiur staff. Senyiur is the best!

All the staff were friendly. The bathroom was a bit dark because one light was out. The hotel was very clean throughout. I had a problem with the AC not cooling. However, they were very responsive and got it working again. Thank you, Senyiur. We had a wonderful time in Samarinda and Balikpapan.
