Friendly hotel staff and best service

when entering the room, still fixing the TV because no broadcasts could be received, so moved rooms. The service and preparation are terrible.

- all staff are very friendly, ask to move to a room with a bathtub and they will help you immediately - clean room, spacious for a standard room type - the bathroom is quite spacious, the water heater works well - the swimming pool is clean, spacious too, child-friendly because there is a children's pool too. Unfortunately the water slide is no longer functioning - the refrigerator works well even though it is a bit dirty - the variety of food is not very diverse 🙏 - the door is a bit difficult to open and close

The room is ok as I ordered. The breakfast is so-so, other facilities are ok. The swimming pool is really big.

Seriously. Checking in at 9:30 p.m. gives the impression of entering an abandoned building.

The staff is very friendly and the service is good

very pleasant for Family, kids friendly.. the breakfast is delicious and varied, the time to ignore is fast even though it's not time to check in.. it's just for security, what is the job of security? what I saw was they just sat there. didn't regulate cars coming in and out. even though the road was busy, I had a hard time going in and out but the security seemed to pretend not to see.. didn't regulate at all except those who took out money then they moved, other than that it was really good, definitely stay here again if I go to Cirebon

The room was spacious, when I arrived there were no bath towels (called housekeeping, I was surprised that the bath towels were rich even though they had been replaced). The toilet has mold, it's not comfortable. The window glass is dirty even though the view is towards the swimming pool. Oh, at night, after wandering around the hotel, the room door couldn't be opened, even though I called a technician first to fix it. There are lots of breakfast menus but the omelet is strange, cool and lots of flour.

The place is comfortable and clean, plus there is a swimming pool, which is the children's favorite, remembering that hotels always look for ones that have a swimming pool.

My suggestion is to update the facilities again...

It's actually comfortable, but I don't know why the bed cover smells musty. It's like they're not drying in the sun but they're in the laundry, right? I don't know.

Poorly maintained for cleanliness of rooms and other public facilities. The AC initially smelled very bad in every corner of the room and the cleanliness was still not maintained. For the food, it was very good and the service was very friendly.

Stayed here last night because there was a graduation ceremony, check in at 8 pm, thank God it was quite comfortable.

The location is quite strategic. There are many snack shops and convenience stores around. It's just a shame that the hotel doesn't prioritize cleanliness. The bathtub curtain is already black and moldy, the hallway floor of the hotel rooms also looks dusty and there are footprints because it has never been mopped. There is also no direction of the Qibla in the room. There are also a lot of plants that fall into the swimming pool and it is not cleaned regularly. We hoped there would be a waterboom-style slide like the ones shown in the hotel photos and it turned out that none of that existed. But the pool is quite big and fun. Another plus is that the twin beds are big and spacious. The AC is cold. But the reception ladies don't smile much.
