The location and views are great for nature lovers, as it's like being in the middle of a forest, which I really like. I've stayed here twice. The service is mediocre, as I didn't interact much with the staff.

Bantal Guling Villa, we took the Tebing Atas type for 3 days 2 nights, we were surprised that our room was next to the main road, we were worried that we wouldn't be able to sleep well, but it turned out that after closing all the windows and doors, it was quite soundproof. The whole villa is nice, bright, the view and the air are refreshing, but I want to give a suggestion for the 2nd room, I think the bed needs to be replaced.. because the springs are already out, so it feels like acupuncture hehehe.. guests from out of town need enough rest, one of which is the bed must be comfortable 🙏 the sofa also seems to need to replace the rubber 🤭

It's delicious, the surrounding environment is great, and the process is also very easy.

Not very clean, dirty, lots of dust

The sheets smelled of urine, so I had to cover them with a towel before sleeping. It turns out the sheets haven't been changed or washed. Please fix this.

The room didn't match the price, which was around 600 thousand rupiah. But the room was stuffy, dirty, with many broken tiles on the floor, a loose faucet that didn't produce hot water, a non-functioning sink, a hard bed, outdated bath towels, dirty and torn beds, and a musty, pungent blanket... Incompetent service.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The location is close to tourist attractions. The room didn't have air conditioning, but it was very cool.

The service is indifferent, cleanliness needs to be improved so that those staying feel comfortable.

The blankets and pillows smelled used, but it was difficult to get replacements because the staff were rarely on standby in the lobby. Even when called, no one showed up. Towels were available, though. I managed to get a new one, but one smelled like it hadn't been dried properly. That was because a staff member was passing by and was able to ask for one. The upside is that you can bring your pets.

The room was a bit smelly, especially the blanket and towels, which were really smelly. I ordered 2 beds but only used 1 for 3 people because of the room's atmosphere and the many animal sounds from the back balcony.

The service is just so-so, the lady in charge doesn't smile enough, the bathroom is clean, the room is clean, what's a shame is that the cliff top type doesn't have curtains or at least frosted glass stickers to maintain privacy, yesterday it felt like an aquarium from the outside

The villa staff is friendly, and the service is very fast. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. However, it is a bit disturbing for other guests who come late at night and chat until 3 a.m. They want to reprimand them but are still sleepy, which disturbs their sleep. I hope the management can be understanding towards noisy guests. Overall, I really like the villa, the atmosphere is beautiful. I highly recommend Villa Bantal Guling Lembang.

A warm wooden house at night. Affordable, and the family room is great. Close to Alfamart and a food court, so no worries. Thanks for the villa pillows and bolsters ❤️

Overall, everything is good. It's very cool up to 16°. The only drawback is that the blanket is too thin. So it's cold to the bone. I even asked the receptionist for 3 blankets.
