Very disappointed with several things. First, the card for elevator access was always problematic. Had to go down to the 1st floor to report it, then the officer's answer was 'just change elevators, ma'am, because the card is still active'. Helloww, I could have dried up if I wanted to wait for a different elevator. And the hotel was really busy with visitors. Second, the parking voucher. Even though I had reported that I was staying for 2 days, it turned out I was only given 1 parking voucher for one day. And the officer didn't say that I had to report again for a new voucher. Forced to pay 30,000 IDR for parking. When the officer complained, no one said sorry, just blankly. Oh my. But luckily the room was always clean, so that lessened my disappointment.
