We have stayed at Java Heritage multiple times and tried different hotels as well. In our experience, Java Heritage has provided the best service and amenities. Whenever we stay in Purwokerto, Java Heritage will be our first choice.

Everything was good. The room was spacious and okay, except for the extremely slow Wi-Fi and the towel cleanliness, which could really be improved. The pool and bathroom towels, including the small towel, had a musty odor (like undried laundry). The pillows were also a bit musty.

Slamet from the deluxe balcony room is good. + Breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety (beyond expectations, though). + Strategic location. - The pillows on the bed need replacing; they're uncomfortable. - The Wi-Fi signal is very poor and drops out frequently. I've complained, but nothing has changed. - On day 2, the pool was very dirty. It was only cleaned in the morning; it should have been done that night so it could be used in the morning.

I booked a two-night stay with my two children, and was assigned room 319. The music from the upstairs bar continued to permeate the downstairs area, stopping until around 10:30 PM. The kids were supposed to be in bed by 8:00 PM, so they couldn't sleep. The next day, I was given complimentary fruit as an apology. Kudos to the hotel management. My suggestion: Even if there's music upstairs, the room should be better soundproofed so the loud music doesn't disturb the peaceful and comfortable rest of the guests.

This is one of the best 4-star hotels in Purwokerto. Thank God, we got a discounted price. The room comfort, service, food, and hospitality were top-notch. We booked a king-size single room, but they gave us a double room with separate beds, but that's okay, maybe it's during the holiday season. It's perfect for a family vacation.

The view from the breakfast area is a view of Mount Slamet and the hotel area is clean and the lobby decoration is attractive and quite unique.

The location is strategically located for access to various busy areas in Purwokerto. Ample parking, good quality and clean rooms, and a varied and delicious breakfast menu.

There's a maze garden, which my son loved. He didn't want to leave because the hotel was so comfortable.

The hotel staff was really nice!! When I told them I was there for my honeymoon, I received a complimentary cake and decorative towels and flowers on the bed. And when I asked for a late check out, they gave me one until 1:00. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Purwokerto!!
