Recommended if you want to stay near Suta Airport. There's an hourly shuttle bus. If you prefer, take a Bluebird taxi; the pool is very close and arrives quickly.

It's close to the airport, about 15-20 minutes away, and there's an hourly airport shuttle. The rooms are spacious, and you can even fill up with drinking water thanks to the water dispenser.

The staff was very friendly at check-in and check-out, and the process was quick.

The bellboy and security guard in the lobby on April 18th were extremely unhelpful! They were both silent, and the lobby was just me and my 1.5-year-old son. My husband was taking the car to the basement. I tried to push the door myself, carrying two medium-sized, fairly heavy bags and guiding my son. They didn't help me open the door, let alone load my things into the car. This is my first time staying at a hotel with such poor service. There's a pool, but not all guests can use it. It would have been better to not have a photo of the pool in the hotel photos; 100,000 Rupiah for 1 person to swim is not worth it. Thank you. If the hotel wasn't crowded, I think they could have been friendlier and more helpful, but my experience was unsatisfactory.

Overall, it's good, close to the airport, but a bit difficult to access by public transportation. There's a shuttle to and from the airport, but you have to get off at the airport before returning to the hotel. Breakfast variety also needs attention.

Strategically located near the airport, there's an Indomaret in the lobby, and plenty of food stalls around the hotel. The restrooms and rooms are clean 👍

There was soto for breakfast, but it was cold, no longer hot. The vermicelli mixture was still hard. Indomie noodles are available outside the hotel building, but you have to pay. The room didn't have a door lock, so if you wanted to fill the water dispenser, you couldn't push the door open, which was a bit of a hassle.

The location is close to the airport, the rooms are clean, and the toilets aren't too small. Breakfast is simple, with fried rice, soto (soy sauce), fried noodles, and fried chicken. It's good enough for those in transit.

I used to always stay here when transiting because of the strategic location and good service, but now the rooms are poorly maintained and the bathrooms are dirty and mossy, the staff service is still always good and friendly, hopefully more attention will be paid to the cleanliness and condition of the rooms.

For a location close to the airport 👍, friendly staff, cold AC, ok price,... but one suggestion from me, please, why is there a bad smell in the room when we first entered, maybe from the water pipe... Thank you, we can stay overnight in 1 room even though there are 5 of us with children for transit for about 6 hours before leaving again 🙏
