Close to everywhere, if you want to go to Malioboro, just walk there, if you want to buy souvenirs at Krisna, just cross the road, really great.

The location is very strategic because it is close to Malioboro Street so it is just a walk. The service is very good, the ladies/gentlemen are all friendly. Because there is no elevator, it was a bit difficult to carry the suitcase, but luckily the staff at the hotel immediately helped lift it to the second floor. The comfort of the room was lacking in my opinion because the first time I entered the room, the room smelled of the toilet and when we checked it turned out that the toilet door could not be closed properly so for 6 nights there we always used a pen to keep it closed properly. Then I was also surprised when I stayed there, there was a small centipede coming out of the wall next to the window and sneaking under the bed. The last thing that made it uncomfortable was every morning the sound of the toilet or whatever flow was so loud that it kept waking me up. Even though the service from the hotel employees was very good, the comfort of the building itself was lacking.

Quite comfortable, the room size is small but enough for resting.

The hotel staff is friendly, staying here feels very comfortable and quiet, close to tourist attractions, next trip I will probably stay here again.

Overall it's okay...just the amenities are incomplete

The room is not soundproof, the AC remote is difficult to use, the bathroom smells, maybe the floor drain needs to be checked, the bedroom is small, making it difficult to pray. However, the check-in and check-out service is satisfactory and the bedroom is relatively clean and the location is very strategic.

This hotel has always been our main destination whenever we visit Yogyakarta. From 2013 to 2025, we have always stayed at Hotel Pules whenever we visit Yogyakarta. The employees have gotten to know us well because we meet often.
