The highest five-star hotel in Solo. With a stunning view. Excellent service, I was upgraded to a room with a large bathtub. Delicious and comprehensive food. A large, clear swimming pool, a beautiful view, and a full range of fitness equipment. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly. The little ones were immediately brought balls to play in the pool. Breakfast was excellent 👍, even the food was tastier at Alila Solo than at a 5-star hotel in Bali.

It's really comfortable, with all the facilities. But please pay more attention to the kids' club. It's dirty, smells musty, and isn't very clean. But it's really good for Solo, definitely worth it.

Alila Solo? Seems we will back there. Why? Started with the greeting from Ms. Febby at the reception desk who welcomed us nicely and even remembered our last visit in 2022. Thank you, Ma'am, for the very prompt and nice service. Then we met Ms. Lesslye at the rooftop lounge during breakfast time. She gave us comprehensive explanations about the menus. Also, thank you to Ms. Agustin from the reception desk who helped me with the incident of the broken glass in our room, and the female guard at the parking lot in the basement who helped us park and then leave the lot. For the food, the lounge provided various food and beverages, but I suggest you taste their Indonesian food. Highly recommended! Alila Solo also has an Indonesian Restaurant, Mantik, at the GF. Their nasi cumi and lemongrass tea are highly recommended. Thank you, Alila, for our lovely experience.

My husband, my son, and I recently stayed for our third wedding anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast had a large variety of delicious food. The hotel facilitated a baby crib for our one-year-old. Our son had a great time playing at the kids' club and swimming at the pool. Unfortunately, we were only able to get checked into our room at about 3:15 PM, even though we arrived at 1:45 PM. Admittedly, it was a spontaneous and last-minute booking on our end.

The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Highly recommended!
