The bathroom smells because the exhaust is dead, the hot water sometimes turns on sometimes doesn't and the wifi isn't strong at all... But for a very strategic location, it's close to cheap and cheerful food.

1. I booked a non-smoking room, but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes. After complaining, the room was sprayed with air freshener. 2. The walls and every other part of the room were unkempt. The walls were dirty, there was no bath mat, and the sheets and pillows appeared unwashed. There were no towels when we first checked in. They said they hadn't finished the laundry yet. 3. I was given a small piece of paper with my WhatsApp number and room number written on it. When I called, there was no response at all. 4. The staff refused to help us carry our luggage when we first arrived. 5. The highest-priced room didn't even have a window. When I decided to check out immediately, even though I'd only been there an hour, there seemed to be a group of women in the lobby complaining.

The hotel staff are friendly in providing services, including being trustworthy when we left our belongings because we had checked out.

The hotel is located near the UNEJ and Polije campuses, with easy access to food stalls and convenience stores. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is lacking, particularly the slippery toilet floor and the smell of urine.
