Check-in was at 2:00 PM (as recommended). The room wasn't as booked, citing an event, and many guests hadn't checked out yet. I believe that's the hotel's responsibility, and customers should still be entitled to the room they booked. I offered to wait for the room I booked, but the front desk insisted on using the available room.
The room was dirty, with cigarette burns on the table, the bed was very poor, the TV was inaccessible, and many channels were missing (photos attached).
