Very comfortable and clean room.

Booked an executive duplex, the images promised 2 couches but there were none in my room. Somehow my room is smaller and there wasn’t any space for them, which is a bit disappointing because the room looks larger in the image. The blackout was nice, it’s completely pitch black, but the soundproofing wasn’t so nice. I could hear the generator (I think it was) going from 6 PM, so bring your earplugs if you sleep light. Around 800 meters to ASEAN and Blok M MRT station, so you could walk it if you’re not in a hurry. Tissue and toiletries were a bit low as well, only 1 roll of toilet paper throughout and no mini fridge.

Overall good, the staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable too.

Overall, it was okay, but the room really smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was cleaned, even though it was a smoking room. But the smell didn't go away, and it's just not as clean now.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly. The rooms are quite spacious and fully equipped. The location is strategic and easily accessible. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Recommended! ✨

A king-size bed, a desk and chair, a dining table, and a wardrobe. There are only two outlets: one for the lamp, and the water heater's outlet is positioned too high, preventing the cord from reaching the outlet. The hotel is clean and comfortable, walking distance to a convenience store.

I called to ask about a water bottle that had water stains in it. The older sister said, "Just clean it yourself." I mean, if there were marks like that, it means it wasn't replaced. Why didn't she just say she wanted to replace it? The sheets were stained. I'd already signed that I'd be fined if I got blood on them. But it turned out I got sheets with red stains too :( The location is actually okay.

The sheets and blankets were filthy, and they looked like they'd never been washed. The room was cramped, and the power outlets were behind the mattress, so you had to move the mattress to plug it in. The elevator buttons were incredibly insensitive.

Very close to Blok M Square. They also have a smoking room. I'd definitely come back here if I wanted to stay around Blok M. The price is also affordable.

I don't feel comfortable, the bedsheets and blankets are full of stains, it's not clean, I asked for the bedsheets to be changed, the security guard who came to the room changed the bedsheets😭💀, the bathroom mat was dirty and gray, the floor was sticky and wet, we decided to change hotels
