The facilities are okay, the bathrooms are very poorly cleaned and out of several bathrooms only 2 are usable on the 4th floor.

It's close to Gubeng Station in Kota Lama, and it's affordable, making it perfect for backpackers. For those just looking for a place to sleep, this is perfect. It's close to everywhere.

This is suitable for those in transit, close to Gubeng Station. The sleeping boxes are clean. If you want space, you can get a double (sleeper for two people). The single rooms are a bit cramped. The downside is that there's only one toilet per floor (mixed male and female), even though there are many guests in the bedroom, so you have to queue. The staff is friendly. You can leave your luggage first.

The location is strategic, not far from Gubeng Station.
